The SIPA True Cost Calculator provides an estimate of cost and value for structural insulated panels (SIPs) compared to conventional framing. The results are based on proprietary research and industry metrics that may vary with actual supplier pricing.
Note
A “Save the Draft” feature is not currently available but under development. Therefore, you need to be prepared to complete your true cost assessment for each project. SIPA recommends using the SIPA True Cost Bidding Tool – Checklist and complete it for each before using the tool for each project. Then enter all the inputs and print your summary report.
